Who am I?

I am a licensed architect with experience providing real estate development, planning, architecture and construction services for a variety of private and public-sector clients, capital improvement projects and programs.

My experience includes providing a variety of services for private sector projects and real estate developments in the Midwest and Southwestern United States.

Throughout my career, I have consistently looked for creative ways to improve how major public-sector capital improvement projects and programs are planned, designed, financed and maintained.

Although not a panacea for all projects, I deeply believe that P3’s are a viable alternative to the traditional ways of financing, delivering and maintaining public infrastructure.
